If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a store credit for the original purchase price or product replacement. A copy of the invoice as “Proof of Purchase” is required.
If the return is due to our negligence or error in your order, we will pay for all shipping costs to send you a replacement or refund the purchase.
Any item which has been damaged in any way outside of the original condition as packaged will void the ability to return the product.
RedMonkey Sports will not be responsible for any lost package during the shipping process. Shipping charges are not refundable.
