Return Policy

At RedMonkey Sports, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy under the following conditions within 30 days of purchase:

Product Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. Any deviation from this condition will classify the product as 'used'.

Used Products: If a product is returned in a condition other than its original, unopened packaging, it will be considered 'used'. Please note that used products are not eligible for a full refund. However, they can still be returned for Assessment and Store Credit.

Assessment and Store Credit: Our Returns Department will assess the value of the returned used product. Following this evaluation, a store credit will be issued to the customer, reflecting the assessed value of the product.

International Orders: All International orders (beyond North America) do not qualify for return or refund.

We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our return policy. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

If the return is due to our negligence or error in your order, we will pay for all shipping costs to send you a replacement or refund the purchase.


Any item which has been damaged in any way outside of the original condition as packaged will void the ability to return the product.

RedMonkey Sports will not be responsible for any lost package during the shipping process. Shipping charges are not refundable. There might be a restocking fee for certain products. If a package is lost or stolen, we will do our best to work with the shipping provider, however we cannot be responsible for the product once it leaves our care.

How do I return?

  • Visit our Returns Center (or email
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

What items are returnable? 

  • Items within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items from the Dents & Dings section (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. If the product was physically damaged during shipping, we will file a claim with the shipping service but we cannot be held responsible once the product has left our care. 

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
