Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from RedMonkey Sports. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a store credit for the original purchase price, product replacement (i.e. - "I ordered a Medium but I need a Large") or if the item is in the exact condition it was sent (including any retail packaging) we will offer a full refund. This is on a case by case situation. Please reach out to Customer Service at customerservice@redmonkeysports.com or initiate a return via our Returns Center to start the return process. 

If the return is due to our negligence or error in your order, we will pay for all shipping costs to send you a replacement or refund the purchase.

Any item which has been damaged in any way outside of the original condition as packaged will void the ability to return the product.

RedMonkey Sports will not be responsible for any lost package during the shipping process. Shipping charges are not refundable. If a package is lost or stolen, we will do our best to work with the shipping provider, however we cannot be responsible for the product once it leaves our care.

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?

  • Visit our Returns Center (or email customerservice@redmonkeysports.com)
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items from the Dents & Dings section (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. If the product we physically damaged during shipping, we will file a claim with the shipping service but we cannot be held responsible once the product has left our care. 

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
